1.  Q: How long will shipping take? 

Our goal is to offer you the fast shipping , no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Orders Usually Arrive in 5-7 Days (USA). Carriers may make this a little sooner or a little later.
• House Of Personalitees is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier. We will provide tracking and assistance to all our customers.

2. Q: Do you accept exchanges/ returns? A: Yes

We will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:

– The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model.
– The product has arrived in a damaged condition.
– The item arrived in poor quality.
 

* Returned products to be shipped at customer’s expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

3. Cancellations

A: Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed To Order. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of House Of Personalitees.
